By attending classes, workshops, private lessons, socials, or any other events (collectively "Activities") at Caliente Dance Studio ("Caliente," "we," "us," "our"), you ("Participant," "you," "your") acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
You understand that dance and fitness activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, and other bodily injuries. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation, whether known or unknown, even if arising from the negligence of others.
You certify that you are in good physical condition and have no medical condition that would prevent full participation. You agree to consult a physician before beginning any new exercise program if you have any concerns. You will inform instructors of any injuries, limitations, or medical conditions before class.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you hereby release, waive, and discharge Caliente Dance Studio, its owners, employees, instructors, contractors, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages, or causes of action arising out of your participation in Activities, including those caused by ordinary negligence.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Caliente Dance Studio from any loss, liability, damage, or cost (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your participation in Activities or your breach of this agreement.
For participants under 18 years of age, a parent or legal guardian must sign this waiver on behalf of the minor. The parent or guardian agrees to all terms and assumes full responsibility for the minor's participation.
You grant Caliente Dance Studio permission to photograph and video record classes and events for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in marketing materials, you must notify us in writing at [email protected].
This waiver shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in Miami‑Dade County courts.
By attending any Activity at Caliente Dance Studio, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to this Waiver and Release of Liability. If you do not agree, you must not participate.
