Refund Policy

At Caliente Dance Studio, your satisfaction is our priority. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or credits may be issued for our services.

1. Class Packs (5, 10, 20 Classes)

  • Full Refund: You may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase, provided no classes from the pack have been used.
  • Partial Refund: If a class pack has been partially used, the remaining classes may be converted to studio credit at our discretion, prorated based on the number of unused classes.
  • No Refund: After 7 days from purchase, class pack sales are final. Unused classes will expire according to the pack terms (60 days, 90 days, or 6 months from first use).

2. Monthly Unlimited Memberships

  • Cancellation: Memberships can be cancelled at any time by emailing [email protected] at least 7 days before your next billing date.
  • No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds for partial months. Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
  • Billing Errors: If you believe you were charged in error, please contact us within 30 days and we will investigate and correct any mistakes promptly.

3. Drop‑in Classes

  • Refund Request: Drop‑in class fees are refundable only if cancellation is made at least 2 hours before the scheduled class time.
  • Late Cancellation/No‑Show: No refund or credit is provided for late cancellations or missed classes.

4. Private Lessons

  • Single Sessions: Refundable if cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations or no‑shows will be charged the full session fee.
  • Private Lesson Packs (5 or 10 Sessions): Unused private lesson packs may be refunded within 7 days of purchase if no sessions have been used. Once a session from the pack has been used, the pack is non‑refundable, but remaining sessions can be rescheduled with 24‑hour notice.

5. Special Events and Workshops

  • Ticket purchases for special events, workshops, or guest instructor sessions are non‑refundable unless the event is cancelled by Caliente.
  • If Caliente cancels an event, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer your registration to a future event.

6. How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected]. Please include your full name, the service purchased, purchase date, and reason for the refund. We will process your request within 5‑7 business days.

7. Exceptions

We understand that life happens. In cases of medical emergencies or other extenuating circumstances, we may offer studio credit or exceptions to this policy on a case‑by‑case basis. Please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
